The location is great. Right next to the Crawley train station. The receptionists were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean
Front desk staff were not pleasant.... was told by one of the employees there that they didn’t think they had any wash rags as we were not getting wash rags left in our room . Excellent food in the evening..... great chef. Beds were too soft.
My first time in that country n had a Terrific time.
Great place to stay. 5 min walk to the city snd huge indoore mall. Great breakfast for 14 euro. Clean rooms! Highly recommend it
This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay near the airport. The shuttle transportation service to the airport was great. The hotel helped with taxi transportation from the airport which went smoothly. The location is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. And, the rooms were comfortable.
