It was our second stay in this hotel. We were not disappointed. This time we opted for room and breakfast and I can recommend it- plenty of fresh choice, good coffee and fresh fruit. Room clean, kids stay free. Staff helpful and polite. The hotel very well located. Will be back.

Very basic room, with windows towards busy street during a day and noisy youngsters during night, not taken care of by hotel staff. Air-condition doesn't work well, forcing us to open window. Better to select another hotel in Szczecin.

My husband, my child and I are staying at Novotel for 2.5 weeks from the states. Unfortunately our experience isn't as good as we expected for a four star hotel. Firstly, the service from the reception and bar/restaurant is very good. The breakfast is spectacular and lobby area looks nice, high standard style. However, when we arrived at our first room we felt like we were staying in a cheap motel... the carpets were stained and disgusting that we didn't risk to take our shoes off, the walls were dirty (meant to be white but had black staines all around, it really needs repainting, the bed was uncomfortable the mattress and pillows comfort needs an upgrade. We then got upgraded to the executive double room which was newly renovated and that was the standard we expected from the beginning... modern, mattress was new and comfortable, nice bathroom. We then decided to upgrade to the apartment suite since we felt we could use some space having a child with us and staying here for a long time. And now, the apartment size is amazing, however the quality of the apartment is exactly like the first room we had at the beginning: very basic, old fashioned phones, no proper closet, old mattress... just a bit disappointed. Also, the gym again is outdated, some equipment is missing, weights are missing so it's hard to lift free weights. On the other hand, we must say that the management dealt with the issues very well and we appreciate that they listened and pleased us, so thank you. And they also told us that they are renovating all the rooms soon.

Recently visited the area for a mates Stag Do. The hotel was in a very good location and was very clean and tidy throughout. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful including when I needed to extend my stay at the last minute and they did so without fuss and while only charging me the reduced rate that I had managed to get at the time of booking. The Rooms are spacious and having to see in a few of them noticed little differences in decor etc, showing that thought had been put into each room. I didn't have time to use the pool facilities but in passing they looked really good and I would have liked to have made use of them. The hotel bar is very pricey compared to bars in the area but this is usually the case in most hotels anyway. Though it would have been nice to have finished my evenings off with a drink in the bar and not have it cost so much. I'd definitely stay here again and would consider the owning groups hotels wherever I might be visiting.

We liked this hotel and will not be too negative about it. All the staff we met were excellent, very friendly and nice. Breakfast is ok, not more. Small details annoys a little bit, one day there were no salt available, egg cups were never available. But the kids loved the waffels! The rooms are ok, just a little bit boring. Location is very good.

This Hotel was very ropey and run down in places. The food was generally poor. I ordered an evening meal of roast chicken breast which was expensive but really poor with the chicken tough and rubbery and for some reason a leg was put in too which I didn't ask for. The breakfast was very basic which you expect with continental breakfasts but food wasn't available when required i.e. The scrambled egg tray was empty. The staff are generally unfriendly and not over helpful. I will not be returning to this hotel again soon after this visit.

Old, not clean hotel. Breakfast was average. very cold water in swimming pool but service on swimming pool ok. During check out they took 2 x my points by misteake and didn't return it to my acount till now.

This is a well situated hotel for either business or tourist. It's walking distance to most of the interesting "must see" places. Rooms are clean, and furnishings well maintained. It has a decent bar and restaurant, and prices are reasonable. Minor gripe would be the cleanliness of the indoor pool/jacuzzi area, which was less than "good" when I used the facility in the evening, and the cv equipment in the gym is poor quality

This was our third stay here, just the one night staying over whilst visiting relatives. We booked a standard room the night before, using our Accor Hotels membership card to get a discount. Checking in was quick and efficient, staff were pleasant, the hotel was clean & tidy and conveniently located. Parking is underneath the hotel and is 40 zloty per day. Our room was comfortable, clean and the bed was excellent. TV was new and had plenty of international channels to choose from. The room was quiet with little noise from outside. Bathroom was spacious with a good strong shower over the bath. Most importantly, I had a good sleep!! We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, we felt at 45 zloty it was overpriced. Nowe Browar across the road down a side street does a cooked breakfast for much less. Still, hotel food is always expensive, so it's no different from anywhere else in that respect. This is our go-to hotel for stays in Szczecin and will likely continue to be so.

It is my favourite hotel in the city. Great location, amazing staff, comfortable bed. I always feel welcome there. I have noticed some improvements, my superior room looked recently refurbished, crisp and modern. Thank you! See you next time!
