Great outdoor space

Wonderful outdoor space. Comfy beds, complete kitchen. This home is located in an amazing neighborhood. Convenient to 95, grocery stores, PBI airport. Our host was very attentive and accommodating. If there was any drawback, it’s the number of rules that get emailed to you AFTER you check in. That is my only reason for the 4 star overall.

Family getaway

Loved our little getaway. House was perfect!! Guys loved the fishing and we loved the pool and tiki bar. Waterfront restaurants were a short drive away. Loved everything ❤️

Would have been wonderful if the pool heater worked

Overall the property was very nice. Clean, beautiful views, safe neighborhood, lovely backyard and pool area. When we were looking for a property our number one requirement was for a heated pool as we were there in February and an unheated pool would not be useable. This property stated it had a heated pool, however it was clear when we arrived that it was not heated. We immediately messaged the host and all he could tell us was that from whatever remote app he had it looked like it was turned on but he could see that it wasn't actually warm and he stated he didn't know why. To make a long story short, he drug his feet on sending a technician out and ignored our messages on several occasions. Communication was terrible. The pool was finally fixed on the last day after a technician spent maybe 5 minutes on it. If he had just sent somebody out right away instead of dragging his feet we would have been extremely happy. Due to the fact that it was not heated as stated we requested a small refund which he agreed to issue. At this point he has still not issued a refund and in fact started acting very rude and even accused us of "burning" his outdoor cushion which is absurd. We have escalated the issue with VRBO but Beware of this host. He also has a very long list of fees he will charge you for alleged damages including a $100 fee for losing a golf ball when using the putting greens. The rules list is unbelievable, I've never seen so many rules. Great house, bad host.

Renters BEWARE

Owner wrongfully accused me of damage we did NOT inflict, and filed an invalid claim again me. The claim states that there was property damage that we did not make. When we arrived at property, there was a bite mark out of the rug under dining table, the LED Screen on the stove was malfunctioning, light fixture was missing bulb, etc. I took pics and sent to owner for his information and stated that they were not items that needed immediate attention and just thought he'd want to know. We did not do an in-depth search of other items (such as under beds, cabinets or furniture). Upon checking out I received a "Property Damage claim" in the amount of $500 for "Burn marks under a sofa". This is a false accusation, as I (a cancer survivor) do not smoke and no one at the house smoked or even ever lit a match or lighter. I was quite disappointed in owner's ability to wrongfully accuse me and wish to advise other potential renters to beware of such possibility.

Great house and host!

My sisters and our partners all stayed here over a long weekend for a wedding. Since we were popping all over West Palm, the location was perfect. The backyard is really beautiful in the morning with birds singing, hunting and flying over the inlet. At night, the sun sets over the houses across the water which reflects on the surface of the lit pool. Exploring the neighborhood didn't really seem necessary, but the location was still perfect for jumping on the highway really quick, or driving over to the beach through town. No biggie! I'd stay there again next time I'm in town fo sho. The host was super nice and had great communication.

Girls Weekend in West Palm

We had the absolute BEST time at Blake’s property! It fit all 8 of us comfortably and had every amenity you could think of for a welcoming stay. It was close to the highway, downtown, beaches, airport, everything we needed! Not to mention the property itself was just stunning - we used the pool everyday and never got tired of it. Blake was an excellent host and was so responsive and made us feel safe and right at home! Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend for anyone looking to stay in a charming neighborhood in the area!

Perfect Getaway!

We had a fabulous time at Lake Clarke Shores. The house was nice and clean and exactly as pictured. The area was quiet and close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard! The pool, putting green, and tiki bar were exactly what we needed. My boys and I had an awesome time! Blake was very responsive and helpful.

Great house and location

This house was a great size for a group of 9 women. Very modern and up to date. The rooms were good sizes. Two bathrooms were convenient. The backyard was a great hang out spot and was awesome to be right on the lake. The house was equipped with most things we needed. Location wise, right off the highway so we were close to downtown. I would recommed this listing!

Outdoor space is big bonus

Blake was very responsive and attentive. There were a few things that would make for an even better stay, and I’ll share those with Blake. Overall, we all really enjoyed our time at the Clarke house.

Absolutely loved staying in this home. The pool overlooking the water was amazing and so relaxing. The house/yard exceeded our expectations. So convenient, close to 95 and West Palm Beach. We hope to stay here again!

40th Birthday Celebration

Our oldest son turned 40, so we took our adult kids to West Palm Beach to celebrate. The guys fished alot while the girls hit the beach. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of white wine, flowers and a small gecko in the bathtub. As we stepped outside more wild life was scene, lots of iguanas, geckos, turtles and we think an alligator. The pool was refreshing. The hammocks and swings under the tiki were nice and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. I would recommend this place to others.

Beautiful and Stylish House

My family stayed in the house for five nights in January, 2021. We were immediately impressed with the spaciousness and layout of the home. The home furnishings were high-end as the description states, but also tasteful and provided a calm, chic aesthetic. The major appliances (including laundry, refrigerator, dishwasher, and televisions) all seemed to be 1-2 years old and all worked very well. Equally as impressive was the back yard / pool area. While my kids went swimming, my wife and I lounged under the (impressively large) tiki hut. The view was gorgeous; the pool backs up to a small grassy yard which slopes down and ends at the waterway on which the house sits. In all, we loved the house and look forward to returning.

Pleasantly Surprised!

Property was stunning! The view once we opened the front door was spectacular! Very updated and modern home, not only aesthetically but functionally. Bathrooms were very nice, kitchen was the perfect size, beds were very comfortable. But the best thing this property has going is the backyard on Lake Clark Shores with the large pool and Tiki Hut. It felt like home and we will definitely recommend this property to friends and even try to stay here again. Loved it!
