We had an early flight into West Palm Beach. We stopped in and asked if we could drop our luggage off because we were a few hours early for check in. The hotel had a room ready at that time and allowed us to check in early. The room was very nice and it was nice to sit by the pool for a little while after a long morning of travel. There was no airport shuttle. We used Lyft. The staff were all very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

What stood out the most were the very clean rooms, the extremely comfortable mattress and pillows, and the excellent air conditioning — a perfect 10. The room was spotless, very well equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, good-quality towels, and reliable hot water. Everything was excellent, and the comfort level truly made the difference.

The internet didn’t work for several hours. We were given a phone number to call from the front desk clerk to call and troubleshoot the issue. Are you serious? We left for dinner and came back and apparently the issue was resolved. The shower curtain was 4 inches too short in the shower stall therefore all the water then leaked out to the bathroom floor which was dangerous. There had to be at least 2 inches of water on the floor which I had to mop up with a towel. I have stayed at this chain hotel before and it was great. This hotel was not cheap and I was very disappointed with this visit.

Front desk personnel were friendly, professional, and courteous. The room was clean. Hospitality forgot to leave washcloths and a bath rug after they visited the room. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

The room was very nice. The staff was amazing!! Shakira checked us in after a long trip and was so nice the entire time. Front Desk girls were always greeting us with big smiles and plans for the day and Zee made us feel like family. But honestly all the staff was great. Zee was the absolute best ever from fulfilling all the needs to tips and tricks of the area. The lobby area and breakfast was great, fully stocked and spacious. Kids welcome. Our granddaughter was treated like a movie star. Coffee and fresh lemonade 24/7. We were sad to go after 8 days. Definitely would Stay again.

Staff were so sweet, helpful and amazing. Room was very average with staining in the furniture, lamps, etc. Shower didn't drain properly and if you like to get ready the lighting makes it difficult. But again staff was amazing and felt safe at this hotel.
