My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. The unit was very clean. The bathroom had recently been remodeled and had plenty of hot water with very good pressure. The in unit washer and dryer was very convenient. We only used the queen bed, and it was comfortable. The kitchen drawer sticks, but just needs the countertop edge shimmed, so if it sticks, just lift up a little on the edge of the countertop, and it will open. Everything else worked fine and was as advertised. The neighborhood is older, but was quiet and we felt very safe during our stay. Overall, we think at this price point, that this is a very good and clean unit (way better than the one on Singer Island that we stayed at last year, and paid a lot more for). So we will definitely be staying here on our next trip to the area. We highly recommend.
