"The person on duty at check in on 08/07 at circa 9pm was super helpful and efficient. We were only staying as a result of late arrival in Spokane due to flight delays. I forget his full name, it was something first name and last name Marchand but he made the process a good experience for a tired couple. Otherwise, it's a Hilton Garden inn and I always know what to expect. Having one at the Spokane airport made the choice of Hilton a no brainer. Thanks P.s. my wife was highly complimentary of the bathroom and shower layout and use of the shower bottles instead of those little plastic ones."

"Potential extra cost for early checkin, I don’t like that because when we travel on road trips our departure times are like 4–5-am so searching for hotel is between 12–1-pm; as a result, with early check in added cost we will not reserve or stay even if we must drive up to 12-hours to find a no early checkin fee applies hotel"
