We checked In went to our room and the bed was outdated. The springs in the mattress were pushing through the mattress cover. We asked if there was other room with a better mattress. She switched us to another room and the same thing. We called the front desk and told her. She said I’m sorry. They didn’t offer us our money back. We packed up and went to Paddle Ridge Resort where we got a wonderful bed. Thanks.

The nearness to Glacier National Park was terrific. We were in the park within 5 minutes. The park is amazing. WE only spent one day in the park; we could have spent more days there. The resort is nice. Very quiet and clean. Check in was excellent. Not much around the hotel for restaurants but we made do for a night.

It is a wonderful property. We stayed in the beautiful lodge with a great room downstairs and 12 rooms upstairs and downstairs. Our room was spacious with a door to a deck. The staff is so friendly. Every day we were given “snack bags “ for the day. We stayed five nights and were very comfortable. So were the beds!

What a wonderful property. The lodge and room were amazing. Great space with access to walkout balcony. The room was clean and large. Loved the porch and trolley at main office. Especially enjoyed the white water rafting and dinner experience. Addie was the best river guide and cook!!
