Wir waren eine grosse Familie und hatten das gesamte Haus gebucht.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen,alles war sauber,als wir eine kaputte Treppenstufe gemeldet haben kam zwei Stunden spǎter schon ein Techniker zum reparieren,alles problemlos…Die Schlüsseltresore klemmen etwas und wir brauchte. eine Weile um an unsere Schlüssel zu kommen.Nicht so toll war die Parkplatzsituation,wir kamen mit vier Autos und die öffentlichen Parkplätze vor dem Haus waren schon oft besetzt…Aber alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen,Wernigerode ist ein sehr schöner Ort,wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
