My husband brought me here for a 1 night stay for my birthday. A very large hotel with a car park close by and you can get a discount on the parking if you validate your ticket at reception. The reception is large and decor contemporary - i felt like i was abroad! My husband had booked us a corner suite with executive lounge access which was lovely. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was huge. Full length windows were a great touch to the decor. Limited range of snacks and drinks in the executive lounge but complimentary so you really cant complain. Perhaps a tad unfair to say limited as I compare it to Kuala Lumpur and Abu Dhabi! Check in and out were pleasant due to friendly staff. We were also granted late checkout on request. Lovely stay.
Spacious clean room with everything you can ask for bar and restaurant onsite. Spa and swimming pool also onsite. Huge comfy bed. Very clean. Staff couldn't do enough to help. Would definitely stay here again.
I've given two stars because of the unfailingly brilliant staff. The building itself though is like some futuristic prison. Unremitting dull conformity and the most oppressive unpleasant air conditioning I've ever come across. I still have a terrible headache and sore throat from the ghastly atmosphere. I didn't sleep a wink all night because of the continuous humming from unbalanced fan blades in the ducting above my room. It felt like the dystopian set of blade runner. I'd sleep in a car before I returned to this sealed box.
Have stayed in several hotels throughout London and i have to say the Hilton Wembley is a cut above. The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble, stayed in an executive room overlooking Wembley Stadium and the view alone was worth the additional cost. Will definitely be returning, once again thank you for a wonderful stay, I would recommend Hilton Wembley to anyone who is considering visiting.
After initial concerns when my emails weren't replied to re. Disabled Car Parking we arrived to celebrate 50 years since my husband & I met at Wembley. I was assisted in while my husband went to park the car at Gold Parking nearby. Rauina on front desk was outstanding & made our stay special with a room with a great view of the stadium. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness. Bar 9 (on 9th floor) had great views. The executive lounge was lovely too although the outside area was "spoiled" by too many heavy non stop smokers. Next to the hotel is an outlet shopping centre & a good selection of different restaurants Breakfast in the main restaurant was superb & despite an earlier review small tables were reserved for Hilton Honors members away from the large groups of foreign visitors who were quite "pushy" at the buffett ! Narcisca & Laura in the restaurant were also excellent. Friendly & helpful service from all We look forward to returning again.
A very smart hotel with comfortable well equipped rooms. No view - the view out of my room was a solid brick wall about five metres away. Hence room was a bit dark and dingy. Dreadful place to get to if you are driving - traffic patterns horrendous. Travelled about fifteen miles from Slough and took close to two hours. It is also down a dead end street which is tricky to turn into across a constant line of traffic. The rooms themselves have doors which are not particularly well insulated against corridor noise and as there was a wedding going on the noise in the corridors persisted until the early hours. Then to cap it all the was evacuated just after midnight with a false fire alarm - but to be fair to the hotel better be safe than sorry. The interesting thing is the effect that Grendel Place has had on the psyche - a number of people were panicking and crying during the evacuation which in fact was actually pretty orderly. Car parking not in the hotel but next door and a bit of a paIn if you are dragging a lot of luggage. All in all a nice hotel with pleasant staff but the difficulty of getting to the place would probably prevent me from staying again.
This is a very nice hotel, with an impressive foyer/reception area. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was spotlessly clean and is of a decent size, did have an issue with my TV remote control but this was quickly dealt with by reception. Breakfast is a buffet, which was hot if you go for the full English, however there is good selection choice if you want the more healthy option. On the second night did use the hotel restaurant, limited choice available but reasonably priced, food and service was excellent. (there is a very wide choice of other places to eat within close distance of this hotel) A visit to the roof top terrace is a must if you stay at this hotel as it gives you some stunning views across North London. All the staff I encountered on my visit were very helpful and friendly. My top tip, if you need to park at this hotel use JustPark as it is cheaper.
we had chance to attain friends doughrer weeding reception , what a lovely place , helpful staffs and view from 9th floor was really great with view of wembly arena , i wish i could be there during the match so i can enjoy game environment from the top 😊
The breakfast ruined the entire day. From our 4 days visit, we found that the curly-haired breakfast area leading staff of the front desk was being completely racist. During seating, the white tourists are all positioned in the best spots facing the Wembley stadium and the Indian tourists are arranged in the 'secondary' spots in the corner whilst the Chinese tourists are all placed in the worst spots facing the construction zone. We questioned her about the seating but the manager pretended like none of us could speak English and simply gave the hand signal to go to the worst spots. We were a 4-people family but she insisted on us going to the construction zone spots and grabbed chairs and desks to create a bigger table despite there are plenty of vacant seats in the good scenery spots that can fit 4 people. This really lowers my expectation of Hilton sharply since such racism and judging should not be present.
The executive suite is what sets this hotel apart. While the rooms were nicely appointed, I would have appreciated a small fridge to keep things like personal creamers, medicine, and the like cool. But the executive suite was a home away from home. Comfortable, always a nice cup of joe, and good reading.
