All the conceivable amenities of the perfect beach house come with this home. A bathroom on all three floors makes the living experience as convenient as it gets. Want to get away from the sun for a bit? Simply head into the spacious living room and enjoy the ocean views from 5 huge beach facing windows. If you want a lot of sun, choose from setting up your beach chair on beautiful Wells Beach or on our homes private front yard beach. The driveway narrows to 9ft wide coming in and then opens up. We back our minivan in for quick exits to Atlantic Avenue.
