Enjoy this brand new 6 acre, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with hot tub! Single floor living with large kitchen and living area, covered porch with outdoor dining, and spacious outdoor fire pit. Located on a quiet road, just outside of downtown Wells, with magnificent mountain views! This home is directly on the snowmobile/ATV trail, and is excellent for biking and walking! Just 20 minutes from Lapland Lake ski center, 10 minutes to Oak Mountain and 30 minutes to Gore Mountain!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Change of towels is available on request.
