Private & Spacious 5 Bedroom Home (1607)

This 5 bedroom, 3 bath "beach cottage", built in 1925, with additional renovations and additions carried out over the years is situated on a hill on 3 acres of land with spectacular distant views overlooking Wellfleet Harbor, out toward Great Island with Cape Cod Bay in the beyond. The house offers privacy, a pleasant setting among the pine trees and a short walk (.1 mile) to Powers Landing, a sandy bayside beach. Wellfleet Center and the harbor are about 3/4 of a mile from the house. FIRST FLOOR There is a large living room with an alcove for TV watching, a large kitchen with an eat-in dining area as well as a bath with shower off the hallway. There are two screened porches, one on each side of the house as well as two outdoor patios, one located at the front and the other at the rear of the house. There is one large window A/C to cool this space. SECOND FLOOR There 5 bedrooms, 1 with a king (window A/C unit) and one with a queen bed (window A/C unit) in the other, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (window A/C unit), another with a trundle bed (2 twin sized beds), and a small bedroom room with pyramid bunkbed (Twin/Double). There are 2 baths on this floor, one with tub only and the other with a shower. The washer/dryer are located on the second floor off the hallway. The ocean beaches are about a 8-10 minute drive. Pets allowed (dogs only) for an added $200 per dog per week. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
