Historic 4 BD/4 BA in quaint Waynesboro - "The Bird Dog Capital of the World"
Our house, built in the 1800's has been remodeled to include modern amenities while still highlighting its historical features. The house abounds in original details of the period with the highlights like artistic crown molding and timeless hardwood floors. This beauty has several oversized, gracious rooms, high ceilings, large windows flooding it with light creating an inviting comfortable stay, complete with central heat and air conditioning.
The kitchen is spacious and stocked with the basics. We have provided complimentary essentials including coffee, tea, sugar, flour, salt, oil and a variety of spices to make meal prep easy and enjoyable. There is a local grocery store just a few blocks away. The kitchen seats 6 and the adjacent dining room seats 8. The first floor also includes a cozy living room with leather furniture and an electric fireplace. There is a full bath off the kitchen and a full laundry room as well.
Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, flat screen TV, small microwave, mini refrigerator and the entire house offers WIFI. There is one bedroom on the first floor. There are three additional bedrooms on the second floor. One of the second-floor bedrooms has a clawfoot tub and a twin pullout loveseat. There is a sitting area for reading and relaxing at the top of the stairs.
