Relax and enjoy spectacular ocean views and sunsets from this newly remodeled 1 bedroom and 1 bath ocean front condo on the most desirable 3rd (top) floor, with high ceilings and abundant natural light, on the Monterey Bay; located between Santa Cruz and Monterey, California Central Coast. The beach is famous for beautiful and picture perfect sunsets. View dolphins, whales, sea otters, sea lions and ships/boats passing by from the living room or deck or beach. Steps away to get down to the sand/beach. On warm days, open the windows and patio doors for fresh cool ocean air and ocean sounds and have a wonderful sleep in the night. No noise from above unlike 2nd and 1st floors condos. Enjoy morning sun with coffee and a glass of wine in the evening while watching sunset. Fully furnished, including linens. Departure cleaning only. Remodeled and newly listed in July 2022 with all brand new leather furniture, Cal King bed, flooring, carpet, brand new appliances, and plenty of can lighting and ceiling fans. Washer/dryer included. Everything inside the unit was comfortable and clean and functional. The bed is extremely comfortable. I love cooking in the kitchen. There wasn’t anything that I wished was there that wasn’t already there. My stay was lovely. Took my wife here for her birthday. We had a fabulous stay for 3 nights. The location was very peaceful and quiet. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals.
