We had someone open our door with a hotel provided key at night while a member of my family was in the shower. They realized there were people in the room and closed the door. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone wasn’t working so I went to speak with them. I was told there was a “mix up” but everything was “ok”. Management was never contacted. I’ve never had someone else open my hotel door, and more importantly, the response was

In a convenient location right outside of the main part of town. The hotel wasn't too big or too small for us and offers a place of relaxation, peace and quiet. Living in OKC it gave me and my girlfriend a spot just to relax and get away from the city lifestyle for a bit.

Only issue I had was the smell of smoke in the lobby and casino. The smell of cigarette smoke makes me sick so I couldn’t stay in the casino very long. But besides that everything else was great!

Nice getaway

The hotel room was very nice and spacious, friendly service, the show wasn’t so clean, but everything else was immaculate. There’s a restaurant in the hotel which was very convenient, the food and service was excellent, especially the evening crew, prices for both hotel and restaurant were very affordable! I highly recommend
