Apartment 'Haus Sonnenseite Säntis' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

This beautiful vacation apartment is located in the heart of Wasserburg am Bodensee.

Your 80 square meter, bright and light-flooded 4-star DTV vacation home consists of a living-dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom and a covered 12 square meter south-facing balcony and can accommodate up to 4 people. Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave, a flat-screen TV, radio and CD player in the living room, as well as a selection of children's books and toys. A table tennis table is also available. A baby crib and a high chair can be provided.

A parking space is available on the property, bicycles can be parked in a garage at ground level. Further free parking spaces are available on the street.

Public transportation (free of charge in the Bodo area with a spa card), bakery, restaurants and a small supermarket can be reached in about 5 minutes. The landing stage for a trip on a Lake Constance steamer to Lindau or Bregenz, for example, is at your feet.

The nearby outdoor pool has several pools, changing rooms, showers, a well-kept access to the lake and a wide range of water sports facilities.

Families with children are welcome, smoking and events are not permitted.

Wir machen seit über 30 Jahren Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen/-Häusern und können diese Unterkunft als herausragend bewerten. Die Lage ist exzellent, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß jeweils zu Bäcker, Promenade, Hafen, Bahnhof und Lebensmittelgeschäft. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, toller Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge und sehr gute Einrichtung. In dem großen Boxspringbett haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Mit der obligatorischen Gästekarte kann man den gesamten ÖPNV des Verkehrsverbunds nutzen, die Anbindung z. B. nach Lindau, Bregenz (mit Anschlussticket), Friedrichshafen oder Ravensburg ist gut. Die Vermieter (überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit) wohnen im selben Haus und stehen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Der Bodensee bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten für schöne Urlaubserlebnisse, selbst wenn das Wetter nicht ganz so ideal sein sollte. Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
