Okay property, Horrible Communication

Communication with the property manager was terrible and frustrating. Alongside the radio silence and slow responses (took over a month for first response and didn't even answer the question), the Wifi did not work for the entire stay. He did not update us about if/when he would check it. He also did not believe the wifi didn't work, despite three separate individuals not being able to connect, and was rude when asked about it and a partial refund due to the huge inconvenience. The bathroom doesn't have towel racks or a toilet paper holder as well.
