The Westin Washington, D.C. City Center

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The coffee pot was awful, it leaked water when brewing...very old and outdated. Parking was very expensive for our car and one would think that paying $60 a night would give us free WiFi in our room!!! Only free WiFi is in the lobby unless you're some type of Westin member!! There's no place to eat a simple small breakfast in the hotel... I'd honestly prefer to stay in a days inn

We thoroughly enjoyed exploring DC while staying at the Westin. If you like to get your steps in while on vacation, the hotel is within easy walking distance to most area attractions. Getting an Uber, Lyft, or taxi is very convenient also for places a little further out. Not necessary to rent a car, we returned ours after the first day when it was parked all day. The hotel is very welcoming and accommodating. My husband forgot to bring tennis shoes and was able to rent brand new ones for $5.00 per day which was a big plus.

Comfy, big bed, great wi-fi, friendly staff, great location. No complaints really.

The entire staff on every shift was great. I am especially greatful for the gentlemen who came and fixed the computer so that I could check in and print my boarding passes.

Great hotel in a great location. Will be staying again!

Room was clean. Water keeps coming out from tub spout, affecting the water pressure of shower. Tub spout was held in its place only by unseemly caulking.

Disappointing overall with unexpected costs, & a stuffy staff.

Definitely not a clean room. Coffee stirrups was from the previous stay not cleaned. Shower was broken.

The room walls are thin. We could clearly hear snoring and conversation from the neighboring room. Many, if not most, of the television channels were NOT high-definition...disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

They should lower their parking rate or put it in bold letters so people can see their real nightly rate if they have a car

This hotel was quite disappointing for a Westin. The room was on the smaller size, lacked basic things like a fan in the shower and a full length mirror. Wifi was also an added fee- 12.95/day. The location of the hotel was good- and was walking distance from the metro and most sites. Overall- not worth it, I would recommend something else in the area.

Cynthia at the concierge desk was very knowledgeable and provided exceptional service during our stay , she helped us to plan our city bus tours and gave appropriate assistance during our stay at Westin . She and her team are really remarkable and they exceeded our expectations, they surprised us with bottle of wine and chocolate on our 38 th wedding anniversary night during our stay at Westin. it is unforgettable we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.!!!

Very comfortable room. Close to good restaurants and bars on 14th Street. Helpful staff. Would go again.

I had the opportunity to stay at this fine hotel. The description was as described and even better. I thought the location, and the staff of the hotel were the true superstars of this vacation. From the beginning of our stay, the staff was very welcoming, and very nice. And it just so happened to be only a few blocks away from the white house, and off course the famous fine establishment restaurant of DC "OLD EBBITT". I had booked two beds for my brother and I in the traditional room. The room was very nice, clean, and had a fantastic bathroom.

Even though we didn't get a King Size bed room we adjusted to the double bed room. We were surprised that wifi wasn't included like it said it was on some of the websites we visited when we were deciding on the hotel. But I negotiated free wifi for the remainder of our week as a result of not getting a king size bed.

The location is close to turistic attractions, bars and restaurants.

Great hotel good views friendly and helpful staff. Great location, no complaints at all Great hotel good views friendly and helpful staff. Great location, no complaints at all

Jocelyn was so helpful at check in and really made sure we knew everything we needed to know! Very nice room, bed super comfortable, and really awesome breakfast buffet (not free but we had comped breakfast because of my husband's birthday) with lots of fruits not just cantaloupe but strawberries, raspberries, etc!

We had excellent service from friendly staff throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Cozy dining room with good food. The lobby staff were extremely helpful to us as we planned our sightseeing.

A good location for your average DC traveler. Staff was helpful and there are good amenities on site.
