This was the PERFECT property for what we were looking for. My daughter's college graduation weekend was on tap, we came from the west coast and we also included family members from the east coast (some of whom had also attended college in DC in the '70's and 90's). The property was not only immaculate and well stocked, it has incredible character, is warm and the location was incredible. Such a vibrant neighborhood with everything you need near by (Metro, restaurants, bars, grocery store, and quaint tree lined streets around the corner). We could not have been more satisfied with our stay, and our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. 5 stars on this one. PS: Dacha Beer Garden is a gem just around the corner. A well oiled machine that still excels with personal touch from the staff. Thank you!

Really nice place with great location. Near metro station and close to grocery store. Rooms are big, beds comfortable, nice kitchens, plenty of washers and dryers. Landlord is responsive. All bathrooms very clean and plenty of them. Check-in was a breeze.

Our 5th and 6th graders had such a great time in DC. The location of this home is perfect! So close to the metro. We had everything we needed. Check in was so easy! Will stay again on our next field trip!

Family Field Trip for 16

We rented this lovely property for our Family Field Trip to DC. The house was perfect for our large group of multiple families. We loved the accommodations and the location. Adam was extremely responsive to our questions and he made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. We will return to DC and stay there again!

DC Exploration

This place was perfect for our stay in DC. We brought a group of 8th grade students up to explore DC. The VRBO provided us ample space and by being 3 seperate units it helped in supervision. It was conviently located close to the metro as well as convience stores for groceries and supplies. Would highly recommend.

Ideal accommodations for small groups

Our group of 21 Montessori Jr. High students and four teachers thrived during our week in this four story home. The location was perfectly located just a half block from the Shaw-Howard Metro Station. There was a great park for them to run around and play an equal distance in the other direction. We also appreciated and took full advantage of the multiple well stocked kitchens and washer dryers. The rooms are smaller than modern homes to be sure, but there were plenty of beds and bathrooms to go around. A back deck provided a nice place to meet and enjoy some fresh air. Our small group travels a lot and we stay in many short term rental spaces. This one definitely is among the best we’ve stayed at.

We had hotels too far away from the city. Last minute we looked on here and found this Gem! It fit like a glove. Held all 18 of us! We didn’t need a lot of “gathering” space because we were on a mission to go go go all over the city. It was cold and Inauguration weekend and the city was hopping. Metro station very close by. Several restaurants and bars very close by. Adam was super quick to respond to any issues we had and had results for us as well. Perfect stay! I always sum up my trips with “would I stay there again?” And that answer is yes! I would!

Perfect home for our group. We rented out the entire house which gave us lots of space for everyone. Adam was a great host! Location was very convenient- just a short walk to the Metro, grocery store and coffee house.

Great location and group stay!

We had a small school group of 6 adults and 8 students stay. Renting out the entire place gave us plenty of room and super helpful to have a kitchen for dinners and a separate one for breakfast preparation. Very short walk to the Metro for our busy days! Adam always very helpful and responsive!

Perfect Set Up For Exploring D.C.

Group of 8 professionals traveled as friends to see the sights and receive briefings on the Hill. Allowed for easy sleeping arrangements and the ability to socialize together after the day was done. The host really went above and beyond in helping identify things close by as we planned and made sure all went well !

Excellent stay!!!

We rented all three units in this flat for a family reunion. It was the perfect space for our group. Adam is super responsive and easy to work with. The bathrooms are all super clean and updated. Would recommend highly for any large group gathering!!!!
