One bedroom, sleeper sofa, one bath, complete kitchen and private yard to eat outdoors! A short walk to the farm house for workout rooms, three pools, large hot tub, mini golf, and lazy river! Who could ask for more! All in close proximity to Zion and Brice National Parks, Snow Canyon, Quail Creek, and Sand Hollow State Parks!

The Space:
This is a 610 square foot cottage that is perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway around the stunning natural beauty of Southern Utah. We have a comfy king bed in the bedroom, tiled shower and full size laundry in the bathroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room and a full kitchen, including a dishwasher!

Outside you'll find a barbecue and table and chairs for outside eating. The cottage is also equipped with, high-speed WiFi, and a comfortable living space with a flat-screen TV.

Just a couple of blocks away is the Farmhouse where you'll have acces to:
- Meeting/lounge area,
- Workout room
- Three pools including a lazy river
- A large hot tub
- Mini golf course for your enjoyment!
