Small town vibe, big city adventures!

Wanted to visit DC with the family following a college orientation that brought us to the East Coast from Texas. Spent 4 nights in this home while we toured the offerings of the National Mall. With only being a short walk from the Metro we were able to leave the car parked during most of our visit. The beds are comfortable, the AC works great, and the kitchen has all of the appliances/utensils needed to prepare meals. Although we didn't have any little ones, there are plenty of toys to keep them entertained if you do. The home is beautiful inside and out. We especially enjoyed sitting on the covered porch in morning/evening.

We absolutely loved the property and area. It’s only 20 minutes to DC. The property had so many nice touches and was very accommodating. The landscaping was gorgeous. The wreath on the front door had a robins nest and the robin laid an egg during our stay. It was the cutest thing to watch. We would absolutely stay again!

Easy vacation with a toddler

This house made it so easy to visit Alexandria. Travelled with my toddler and 70yr old parents. For the older people know there are some odd height steps and steep stairs as it’s an older home. For the toddler there is soooooo many activities!!! Bedding was awesome, the upstairs had individual AC units for comfort. There is a shared driveway for parking. We loved our stay!!!

Great little place!

Absolutely one of our best VRBO stays. Cute little welcome basket of snacks, plenty of space for the 3 of us, and well stocked with everything we needed. I would suggest better lighting in the room with the king bed. Would absolutely stay again.
