Este apartamento de nueva construcción recientemente remodelado en un histórico Capitol Hill Row House, construido originalmente en la década de 1880, cuenta con acentos históricos, lujos modernos, cocina, un plan de piso abierto, y duerme cómodamente dos (2). Listing was just as described. It was clean, well equipped for our stay, and very convenient. The host was helpful and responsive. It is within walking distance of all the Capital sites and the Eastern Market shopping area. Check in and out was easy and convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the shower water nice and hot. It was great to have free parking on the street right in front of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Historical little row house

My Daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfortable, and parking was not a problem from Thursday-Saturday in April, and we could walk to transportation and restaurants!

Nice Choice for Capitol Hill

Nicely decorated and good location. However, the bed, though comfy to sleep in, was a bit high to enter for someone like me, who stands only a bit over 5'2". Could see it being a potential problem for someone with an injured body part or elderly.

Lovely Property in a Great Location

What a cool building. We really enjoyed reading the welcome book explaining its history. The property was clean and included conveniences like toiletries, coffee, filters, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and a mini fridge. Everything you would need for your DC stay. The location was very convenient and you can shorten you walk by hopping on an e-bike or e-scooter (often right outside the house). Eric and Jason are very responsive and check-in/out is super easy. Highly recommend.

Capital Hill Comfort

The property was so close to Capital Hill and the surrounding sights which we were in DC to visit. This made our stay very convenient and memorable. With the parking permit we could leave our vehicle on the street overnight for our entire stay. The room we stayed in was cozy and quiet and had all the amenities we required. This unit definitely took the stress out of our visit to Washington DC. Even strolling through the neighborhood to get groceries was pleasurable.

Misleading

Planned a trip here for my 10-year anniversary, and since it was our first time in D.C., we didn't need much space, just somewhere comfortable to relax after a lot of sightseeing. The pictures looked good, but we quickly regretted our choice. The space was very small. There is no mention of square footage(double checked on 3/9/24 to make sure I didn't miss it) but my best guess is about 200 square feet total. It’s in a row house with individual rooms partitioned into multiple units, so we were sharing the house with other guests. We could hear conversations from the neighboring units, even in our room.The room itself was cramped. The king bed was in a bay window area flush with the walls, making it difficult to get in and out. The living area was at the foot of the bed and about 8x10 feet, with a small TV and seat. The bathroom was the nicest part, with a clean shower and LED mirror, though the toilet had a sign asking to be patient with the plumbing. We weren't there long enough to find out what that meant. The problem with the bathroom is that the sliding door to it has no ability to lock and has about two inch gaps on either side when closed so offered no privacy.After booking another hotel, I asked the host about a partial refund, explaining the issues, and they offered to consider it if the unit was re-rented. However, I decided to keep the booking for the parking pass, and to leave this review so others are aware of the misleading photos and vague description.
