Zion Trip

This house was great! Clean and plenty of room for all of us. Easy check in and out. Great kitchen and fully stocked. Great location if you are going to Zion National Park! We would definitely book this house again!!

Excellent Rental

If you need to rent a home with at least 5 queen or king beds in a private room, then this is it. We had 5 couples stay the weekend in this home and we each had our own space/bathroom. I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect vacation rental!

We loved that it had 5 master bedrooms! It was so great that each of our married kids had their own room and bathroom! The common areas were great with tons of seating and large screen tvs in every room! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This home was perfect for my friends and I to stay while competing in the Highland Games at Redstone Festival in St. George! The home is beautiful, clean, and so comfortable! I will definitely be looking to book here again!

Diamond in the rough

Loved everything about this place. From the ease of the transaction to the great communication, cleanliness, the neighborhood was near multiple eateries. The best part was the pool, slide and lazy river.

So fun

Having 5 bathrooms was dreamy. We stayed here with our 4 married adult children. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of room for everyone. The awesome pool and pickleball courts were just a few houses down the road.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, and quiet!

I wish all properties I book could be as nice as this one. My family of six had a wonderful experience and the kids LOVED the lazy river at the community pool. The house is brand new and very clean! Each bedroom has a private bathroom and TV. We truly had a relaxing and comfortable place to rest after our exhausting days enjoying the National Parks. Thank you for hosting us!

Great Retreat

We came for the State and Regional Marching Band Competitions in St George. We loved that each room has its own bathroom. And the community amenities were great too! I wish they had a crock pot and an electric griddle. We’d return for sure.

Reunion

We enjoyed our stay. I loved that each room had its own bathroom. I loved that the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pans and dishes. The grill was easy to use. The living area was large enough for all to gather. The view from the patio was spectacular. I would definitely recommend the property.

Adult Family Tuacahn/Kayaking trip

My husband and I took 4 married adult children and their spouses to St George to swim, kayak, and see Tuacahn plays. This townhome was ideal. Here’s why: 1) Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom- quite a luxury 2) The pool was fantastic! It had a fun slide, lazy river, hot tubs, etc. 3) We were able to park all 3 vehicles and 1 trailer in the 2-car garage and driveway 4) The kitchen and dining area was a fun hub for meals games, and conversation- big enough to accommodate all of us. We would definitely book again!

Comfortable and convenient

Five "seasoned" ladies over the age of 75 enjoyed a short "girl's get-a-way" in this beautiful, modern, clean home. We had individual bedrooms AND bathrooms. It was nice having two bedrooms on the first floor. There is only one walk-in shower, but the tub/shower combinations were not slippery at all. The patio was lovely and we enjoyed watching a few bunnies on the hillside behind the home. The home is located on the north side of St. George, Utah where there are many interesting things to see and restaurants to enjoy. It is convenient to I-15 and not too far from Zion National Park. We enjoyed our stay and are planning to return next year.
