Beautiful country house with large and comfortable rooms. Recently refurbished to a high standard, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. There are ensuite facilities for both bedrooms with strong power showers, a roll top bath and endless hot water. The larger of the two bedrooms is a Deluxe suite comprising both a bedroom and sitting room area. Downstairs this a dining hall/ snug and rear sitting and a well equipped kitchen. We are sure that you will enjoy your stay with us.

A private wing of a large Country House within close drives to Warwick, Leamington & Stratford. The house has many original features and plenty of parking and access to outdoor space. At the time we stayed there had been a recent redecoration to a high standard. The owner & host, Abbie, was very attentive.

Weekend Hideaway

Stunning period property, full of character and charm. Exceptionally spacious with plenty of space for two couples to spread out. We spent most of our time in the farmhouse style kitchen even though there were two lounges and a formal dining room had we wanted to use them. We received a very warm welcome from the host.

Perfect and gorgeous property

The home was so beautiful, very generously proportioned rooms, sensitively decorated and traditional 16th century features. The owners are kind, helpful and thoughtful. Fantastic rural setting, central to Warwick, Stratford & Birmingham. We will definitely return

Classy Comfortable home away from home

Our family of four stayed at Abbies Annex for 2 nights. It’s big space and we really enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean, decorated nicely. The beddings are very good quality. There is two full bathrooms and it’s great for us. There is a shared back yard and chicken Corp. My kids loved it.
