Beautiful hotel and interiors. We definitely recommend the cafe downstairs. They had Incredible pastries. Nice and helpful staff. The room had everything we needed. I would stay again The only small disappointment was the room was always warm so it was difficult to sleep so we had to open the window and it was a bit noisy outside. Clean room most of the time! Sadly housecleaning was missed once.

We have been to over forty countries and stayed at some pretty fancy hotels. This Puro was without doubt the best hotel we have every stayed in. Why? Well it was elegant in a mid-centuiry modern way and also brand new. But those proved to be superficial. It was the staff that made our experience. You see on the second day of our trip my wife fell and broke her shoulder and required surgery. I'm 80 and she's 78 and neither of us speak a word of Polish. The Puro staff was our interface that made it possible to eventually get home safely with a new shoulder. We are profoundly grateful.

Great hotel in a quiet area with good restaurants around the corner. And just a short walk to Stare Miasto. My room and bathroom reminded me of a Viking cruise ship, earth tones, natural wood, stone and brick. Modern but relaxing and cozy. The reception staff were very helpful. I would stay there again.
