Room service was very inconsistent — some days the room was cleaned and towels replaced, other days nothing was done even after leaving the towels on the ground. The staff even tried to kick me out of my room despite me rebooking another night in advance and informing them beforehand. My key card stopped working almost every day, and I had to keep going to reception to fix it. The reception in my building was useless — the staff were unfriendly, grumpy, and always sent us to another building for help instead of assisting us themselves. Overall, terrible service and very disappointing experience.

Access by Foot

Access from the Warsow west station by foot was not very good. I had to walk through an unlit tunnel under a main road & walk 5 more minutes to the hotel. The reception was in the first building & my room was the second building behind the first. Not very convenient.

My initial room was not to my satisfaction - it was ground floor facing the car park, and loud gentlemen were loading vans early in the morning. The bedding was washed, but there was an old stain on the sheet. However, the hotel staff were fantastic and moved me to a room on the 4th floor, which was much quieter and perfectly clean in every way! Because of this, I was very happy with my stay and would certainly return. Thank you Ibis Budget!
