Golf community/Beautiful house with a golf view

This beautiful rental is in high demand, so it gets booked long-term by insurance companies and corporate stays, which is why it doesn't have many reviews. It was booked for most of 2024 and now is booked through October, 2025!

Home is extremely clean and beautiful. Entrance to the right is the dining room for 4. Living room seats 6 with all reclining seating for comfortable TV watching and fireplace. The sunroom has a beautiful view of the backyard and golf. The sunroom blinds are electric, and you can open them all the way up to enjoy the backside view of the lawn and golf. There is a full-size pool table and dart game as well as a built-in kennel for a one small to medium size pet up to 25 pounds. There is also a built-in bar area with seating.

The rental comes with a full kitchen, utensils, cookware, and plateware, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of storage cabinets. There is an additional kitchen table seating high top table in that area.

In addition, there is a full washer and dryer available.

Two queen size bedrooms equipped with bedding, pillows, closet space.

Both full bathrooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with towels, toilette, soap, and a blow dryer.

The home has recently been painted, floors completely redone, and other upgrades have been added.

No access and locked - Master bedroom, one small gym room, office, and the garage are closed off and unavailable for usage. The home has outdoor security that overlooks the vehicles for security.

The backyard has seating, a table, and a grill. Renter is responsible for propane. The home comes with one main TV in living room and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Pillows, bedroom covers and sheets, bathroom towels are provided. Subdivision has golfing available for a fee.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON PREMISES. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
