The first is furnished with a double bed, in the second bedroom there are two single beds and a pull-out day bed. From the living room you can access the spacious balcony overlooking the lake. Eigentlich schöne Wohnung: gute Lage, großer Kühlschrank, kleines Laufrad, faltbarer Bollerwagen. Leider nicht sauber!! Es wäre mal eine Grundreinigung nötig! Nur die Dachschrägenfenster haben vernünftige Rollos, Bad und Küche haben keine, im Schlafzimmer Rollo schmaler als das Fenster. Ab Sonnenaufgang taghell. In Bad und Küche kein Sonnenschutz. Bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur nützt die nicht abstellbare Lüftungsanlage gar nix. Statt der Sauna hätte man besser richtige Rolläden und Fliegengitter anbringen sollen, damit Hitze und Mücken draußen bleiben.Vom Balkon aus kann man den See nur am Nachbarhaus vorbei an zwei kleinen Stellen zwischen den Bäumen durch sehen. Balkon sehr dreckig und klein. Von wegen Frühstück draußen, zwei Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch, damit ist der Balkon voll. Am Essplatz gibt es vier Stühle für fünf Personen. Geschirr etwas knapp bemessen, drei Kochtöpfe und eine Pfanne vorhanden.

Für 100 Endreinigungsgebühr fanden wir die Unterkunft nicht gerade sauber vor. Schränke sehr staubig (schwarze T-Shirts waren dann grau) Fußboden naja.. Der Balkon war voller Spinnweben und Baumblüten, der Fußboden voller Grünalgen, was das ganze nach dem Regen sehr rutschig machte. Die Kissen, Decken und Matratzen haben gelbe Flecken...Es fehlen Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Schneidebrett, Schälmesser...

Sehr angehmer Aufenthalt
Die Ferienwohnung liegt zwei Laufminuten vom Wariner Strandbad entfernt. Gerade für Familien ist dies optimal. Da im Wohngebiet kaum Autos unterwegs sind, können die Eltern entspannt ihre Kinder flitzen lassen. Vom Balkon aus kann man auf den See schauen. Die nah gelegenen Läden haben alles, was man braucht. Ich empfehle dieses Domizil auf jeden Fall für Familien.
