Check in and check out was super easy and quick. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only had 2 issues with this place. First found a bug in my bed and 1 in the shower when I first got into my room. The second was when I went to use the iron and the steam came out it shot a bunch of brown stuff all over my shirt (which I needed for a wedding the following day). It was ruined and needed to buy another one. But other than that I would recommend staying here for sure. Lots of fast food options around as well as a giant walmart.
I checked in during a snow storm. The staff was very friendly and the hotel and my room were very clean. Breakfast wasn’t served because there was just 7 guests in the whole hotel. They did give us a to go bag with a banana, water and a muffin. The staff offered us a broom to help with clearing our car from snow. I would definitely recommend The Best Western Wapakoneta Inn.
Carpet dirty in stairway and room, but we know all the carpet is being replaced. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Beds are a little to firm other than that we enjoyed our room

We had a few staff members that was not very friendly. They was down right rude. It was on the over night shift. We was only here for a few days. We attended a funeral.
We were very happy with the room-very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative thing we experienced was the internet would not connect, therefore, had no wifi connection so we had to use our phone data.
Very nice stay after a long, long day. We came for the NASCAR Truck Race at Eldora Speedway and this was a nice location for us to come back to for our drive home the next day.
