Wir sind vereinbarungsgemäß gegen 18:00 Uhr im Rahmen der offiziellen Check-In-Zeit angekommen. Leider war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und es gab keinerlei Hinweise zum Ablauf. Mehrere telefonische Kontaktversuche beim Gastgeber blieben erfolglos. Der Eingangsbereich und das Erdgeschoss machten einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck. Nachdem wir nach längerer Wartezeit niemanden erreichen konnten, mussten wir uns am Abend eine alternative Unterkunft suchen. Die Rückmeldung des Gastgebers erfolgte erst sehr spät um 22:00 Uhr mit dem Hinweis, man hätte sich einfach selbst ein Zimmer nehmen sollen. Für uns leider absolut unprofessionell und nicht einladend.

Kaum zu glauben das sowas in Deutschland erlaubt ist meine Wut gilt auch ganz besonders Expedia. Aber mal von Anfang an. Kontakt Daten auf Expedia für den angeblichen Betreiber dieser Bruchbude sind die des Vorbesitzers der uns erklärte das er Expedia schon seit einer Ewigkeit bittet diese Daten zu löschen. Zum anderen steht auf der Expedia Seite das es Rezeptionszeiten gibt da tauchte niemand auf. Na klar haben wir gelesen das es da ab und an kein Warmwasser gibt aber wir dachten das wird schon wieder geregelt sein und es wird warmes Wasser geben nein tut es nicht und ich bin mir sicher das daß durchgehend so ist. Da wahrscheinlich die Öltanks leer sind. Um diese Immobilie kümmert sich einfach niemand und so sieht's da auch aus. Unvorstellbar das sowas zu dem Preis nach wie vor zu buchen ist

Das Hotel ist leider nicht sehr sauber.Es wirkt schon fast etwas unheimlich. Das Zimmer selber war im ordentlichen Zustand. Leider gab es nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Mit dem Personal hatten wir persönlich gar keinen Kontakt nur über den Email Account. Tut mir sehr leid sagen zu müssen, dass wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Wir haben die Unterkunft deshalb vorzeitig verlassen und sind nach Hause gefahren.
