Tipsy Rooster-Country Elegance
The Tipsy Rooster is located just 10 minutes from town in Walla Walla’s coveted south side. From the moment you turn off onto the charming private driveway, you are ushered up to the home by some pretty cool fencepost characters (selfies and ussies encouraged)! The 1.3-acre Rooster is an amazing place to get away from it all and make special memories with friends and family.
This freshly remodeled home features 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms. (A queen pull-out is also at the ready.) Yes, we have high-speed internet, a rock star gourmet kitchen, covered porch and sprawling great room with plenty of lounging space … but, what will really knock you out, are the gorgeous Blue Mountain and pastoral views. You may find yourself running from window to window to see the sunset, the changing lights cape on the mountains or the myriad of local wildlife. This truly is a special place that you may never want to leave.
We also can’t help mentioning the abundance of outdoor spaces. Besides the sprawling lawn, there is a covered deck off the living room, with two more sun drenched levels below and a front patio. The front deck spans the length of the home and provides a front row seat to incredible sunsets over the idyllic trees and pastures.
There is a two-car garage and an ever-growing stock of indoor and outdoor games. Of course we have a smart TV, if you can tear yourself away from the views!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning five-star property! The home was impeccably appointed and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The layout was perfect for our group of three couples, with each couple enjoying the luxury of their own private bathroom. The recent remodel and stylish decor added a modern, welcoming touch to every room. The private covered deck was a highlight, offering a cozy spot to relax, and the abundance of outdoor seating options made it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this gem!

Better than advertised. Well appointed. The property is private and quiet. The kitchen has everything and a little bit more to make any meal you may desire. Even generous with the spices and oils on hand. Ten minutes from down town. Very happy with our stay.

Great views of the Blues
Really nice place in a great south end location. Great views of the mountains looking across the wheat fields. Especially pretty in the spring. Great kitchen with everything you need, nice barbeque on the deck. Beds and bedding were really comfortable. Three couples and we each had our place and privacy. Nice seating and comfort in the living room. We would come here again. The only small nit is the electronic lock was too finicky and sometimes wouldn't lock.

Tipsy Rooster
We enjoyed staying at the Tipsy Rooster. It is modern and comfortable. The three king-size beds is a must for our family. The kitchen has all the essentials and gadgets you need and is very-well organized and labeled. The yard was very nice for playing with the kids or to just sit and visit. The location is beautiful. We would definitely stay there again! The only issue was the door locks were a bit finicky.
