Discover Ludogîte, a unique board game-themed holiday home in Sourbrodt, Waimes, just steps from the Hautes Fagnes Nature Park. Once Villa Vincent, this spacious retreat now welcomes up to 12 guests and 2 young children with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with Wi-Fi and TV, and a large dining room perfect for shared meals. At the heart of Ludogîte is a one-of-a-kind board game library with over 1300 games in multiple languages, 200+ children's toys, and 50+ puzzles spread throughout the home. A dedicated annex with game tables is underway to house the full collection in one fun space. Two game rooms with billiards, kicker, and a bar add to the entertainment. Guests can also enjoy a wellness area with a sauna, and a large garden with a swing, slide, climbing wall, trampoline, football field, petanque, ping-pong, and barbecue. Explore nature via RAVeL, nearby ski trails, or unwind at Robertville and Bütgenbach Lakes. Spa-Francorchamps and local festivals await just a short drive away.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
