Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays through December 31, 2025. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas. All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Clean & spacious!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 9-day stay in Waikoloa. We are a family of 5 (three teens) so having 3 bedrooms was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and various cooking necessities like baking sheets. We loved having the patio and balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. The on-site pool was small, so the Hilton pool passes were awesome to have. We especially appreciated the beach gear in the garage. It was hard to leave, and we would definitely stay again if we ever get to come back.

Relaxing Stay
With beautiful and ample space and amenities, there was little to worry about. A generous basket of beach towels, beach chairs, and toys were available for use. The additional resort amenities (golf discounts, Hilton pool access/parking) were also handy - not all units participate with these extras, we're told. It was a perfect place to gather!

Great Location and Management
I love the location of this unit. Close to the Queen's Marketplace and grocery store, Macaroni Grill and Lava Lava Club. The Management was very attentive, friendly and professional. The guest passes for the Hilton Hotel pools and validated parking at the Hilton Hotel was especially a great perk! I would recommend staying here.
This was a beautiful, high end condo that worked great for our family of five. Very quiet and peaceful complex. We had a great time! Highly recommend.

This is the second time I stayed at this property and will always come back to it! It is the perfect location to shops, beaches and other hotels. The condo was perfect for our family of seven. Three couples and one single. Everyone had privacy and the location to the nearby beach for sundowners was a highlight. Turtles sleeping every night. We used the condo's beach chairs and coolers everyday. Would highly recommend this property. Only wish I could have seen the ocean from our window.

Beautiful, well maintained property.
The house accommodated comfortably three couples and two toddlers. It was well supplied with kitchen utensils linen, beach gear, etc. Maintenance responded immediately to any requests from us. The property pools are really small, but we used the pass to the excellent Hilton facilities that was provided. There is a beach at a walking distance, but we ended up driving to the more attractive beaches that are farther away. There is a nice shopping strip accross the street from this property, which includes a fairly well supplied grocery store, grossly overpriced.
