Comprised of single-level living, this holiday home sleeps up to five guests over three bedrooms. The master bedroom provides a private ensuite, while the full-size family bathroom has the luxury of a spacious corner bath! Added conveniences of a separate toilet with a hand basin, a laundry with full facilities, and a pram available for use mean this home is well-prepared to accommodate a range of families!

The open-plan living area is airy and comfortable. A well-equipped kitchen provides everything necessary to keep the team going. Enjoy a meal around the formal dining table and snuggle up on the vibrant couch and chaise longue! The space easily flows through to the outdoor decking, while there is an adjoining separate lounge with a range of couches and a Smart TV. A heat pump in each of the living spaces provides maximum comfort.

The timber decking is both spacious and stunning! With an abundance of outdoor furniture, a BBQ and with balustrades and a gate, this is the ideal space for families to gather. Down the stairs is your own private backyard, packed with trees and grass to run around on. There is also plenty of off-street parking.

Situated in Waikanae township, you’re just a three-minute drive from the town centre, with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets to stock up on all the essential supplies! You can also explore the Parata Track at nearby Hemi Matenga Memorial Park, with the start an eight-minute walk away. A home away from home.

The house has a very nice feeling. We enjoyed our stay everything you want and need is there. Great dining area with a good kitchen . Nice lounge to relax in and watch a film with the family. Good size bedrooms. It would be very nice to sit outside in the summer on the deck with a view Nice spacious garden. Overall a great place to be. The area is nice for walking . Not far from the shops.

We were here as my father passed away so we spent very little time at the property. There was everything we needed and the fact we didn’t need to grocery shop for the basics was well appreciated
