bed: very comfy, extra blanket was helpful. Coffee maker *also dispenses hot water!! Kitchen set up - well equipt (microwave and electric skillet). Ceiling and barn doors are cool. Walking to all Magnolia shopping. Road noise and train whistle evident, hence 4 stars.

This place was everything we needed for our trip to the Magnolia Silos. I loved being able to walk to the Silos. The house was decorated for the season and we enjoyed all the snacks and extras. We also visited Homestead Cafe which was an amazing place with great food.

This is such a great property for a quick stay- walking to and from Silos district in minutes! Great communication with hosts! Would definitely stay again!

The Best Location Ever

This rental was absolutely wonderful — the best location you could ask for! It’s right in the heart of everything, close to shops, restaurants, and historic sights. The place itself is charming and full of character, with a lovely mix of historic charm and modern comfort. It had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Super clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend!

Visit Magnolia Silos

The Clay house is just a five minute walk from the Silos and many other shops. Short drives for the other shops and places to eat. Quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed relaxing here! It was a much needed getaway!

The property was just as pictured. Close to the Silos and many restaurants. The bed was comfortable and just enough space for me and my sister. Made lots of memories and enjoyed our stay!

Just Perfect!

A short walk to everything worth visiting in Waco. Adorable set-up, kitchen, master bedroom and living room. Clean, updated amenities, great closed in backyard. Thank you for hosting us and our little fur babies. It was the perfect birthday getaway!

My husband and I decided to stay a night in Waco during our trip to Texas and this quaint little home was available for us. It’s decorated super cute and the host was very accommodating. A quick walk to the silo district, wish we could have stayed longer!!!!

Perfect spot!

I was in Waco for a conference. The house was just 5 minutes from the convention center and close to everything downtown or along the freeway. It was a great location. Very comfortable for 1-2 people or, like me, 1 and a dog. The backyard was great for him. Would definitely stay there again if I find myself in Waco.

The Clay House

House met our expectations. Lovely decor and very clean. Walking distance was perfect for Magnolia and tours. Safe neighborhood. My only recommendations would be to provide hooks in bedroom for clothes and hooks in the bathroom for towels. Also a covering for the window over the bed would be a plus.

Clay House stay August 2023

Just returned from Waco visit. Clay house was just as described. Very close to Magnolia Market, Dr Pepper Museum and downtown Waco. All within walking distance. Would highly recommend Clay House stay if looking for small updated quaint house. Had plenty of room for 2 of us. Amenities were perfect for our short stay(3 days).
