Apartment was good, communication was good. The lift is the worse ever experienced. Waited 30-50mins for a lift for a family of 3 adults and 2 kids. If you stay here and staying at level 16 & onwards. You’ll spend most of your time in Vung Tau waiting for the lift. Forget about having time to tour anywhere in the area.

Excellent hosts, fast communication responses and good English speaking, helpful, and met all of my requests promptly, infinity pool is amazing, building has 24 hour security, only negative is elevator waiting times, but that’s nothing to do with the property but the way the lifts has been designed to operate. Will be returning thanks for a great stay.

the room is good and clean, staff is friendly and nice. overall a good place to stay, just that when its the weekends the place will be flooded with tourists and the lift will be hard to get. *even with the massive tourist on the weekends it is still not that noisy, as i do not get disturbed when i am in the room.*

BBQ area closed for the whole week without explanation. Pool area chaotic and badly designed. Gym limited but ok, but the gym attendant was very, very rude. Lifts a nightmare, seriously give yourself at least an extra 20 minutes to get in and out.
