This property is a scam. Stay away. The reality is completely different from the photos they advertise. The room is old and poorly maintained. Parts of the walls are deteriorated, the curtains are dirty, and the covers on the rocking chair are stained and filthy. I did not feel comfortable using any of the furniture. The building is low class, with poor-quality furniture throughout. What they call a "furnished balcony" is actually a balcony full of drying bedsheets, a few old chairs pushed into a corner, a dirty floor, and water leakage. The rooms are dirty, especially the bathrooms, which were clearly not cleaned properly. The shower curtain was very dirty. There was no microwave, and the kitchen only had a few old bowls and plates of very poor quality. They showed a beautiful ocean view from the bedroom in their photos. In reality, there is a massive construction site directly in front of the bedroom. Workers are on site from early morning until night, creating constant noise and disruption. There are also two giant cranes swinging back and forth all day. One of them comes extremely close to the property, creating what a I booked two nights but had to check out early because the conditions were unacceptable. I felt outraged by this scam. Despite checking out early, they refused to provide any refund. This property is marked 4.5 stars, which is completely cheating.. This is a terrible property that deserves 0 stars. Avoid this place if you do not want your vacation ruined.
