The Bed Breakfast is in a lovely 16th century house siituated in the Loire Valley, 10 minutes from Loches, less than 30 minutes to visit any prestigious castles: Amboise ,Chenonceau,Chambord ,or vineyard of the Loire valley
Charming BB, 2 bedrooms and a 4 people family suite, each one is independent with a pretty patio and a bank of pink roses.
This is a comfortable French traditional house with its pleasant rambling garden and a large fenced alarmed pool. The estate stretches out as far as the eye can see and has its own lake and its private woods. It is possible to go for a walk and fish.

Secluded Paradise!

This rustic bed and breakfast in the rolling farmlands near Loches was great. It is not a modern hotel, so if that's what you're looking for go elsewhere. The grounds are beautiful and serene. Maryvonne Baillou is a gracious hostess who provided great information on local must-see spots. The furnishings are truly antique while the mattresses are modern. The swimming pool is sparkling and pristine. Plan for at least one picnic dinner in the garden. Between the pool, swings and lawn games, the property is great for keeping kids occupied on long summer evenings.

Un hébergement très spacieux. Une grande cuisine. 3 salles de bains, un plus pour une grande famille.Equipement simple mais suffisant.Un jardin magnifique avec possibilité de barbecue. Et un coin avec une très grande piscine très agréable. Peut-être à rafraichir la literie et les serviettes de toilette. Un agréable séjoiur, nous reviendrons.

WE de l'ascension en famille

Nous sommes venus passer un long WE en famille. La maison et le jardin sont très beaux avec beaucoup de charme. La propriétaire qui habite sur place est très accueillante, arrangeante et nous avons bien communiqué pour préparer notre séjour. Les bois et les étangs sont un plus au gîte, petits et grands étaient ravis de pouvoir pêcher ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Quelle déception !

Malgré un charme évident, ce gîte nous a déçu pour les raisons suivantes : ménage très approximatif, vétusté des équipements (cuisine : pire qu’une location bon marché à la montagne. Salle de jeux : ne venez pas pour le billard ou le baby foot, vous serez immanquablement déçus), problèmes de sécurité manifestes (portillon de la piscine qui ne ferme pas, des branchements électriques qui ne sont clairement pas aux normes). Et enfin, cela n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce, sachez que la cuisine se trouve dans un bâtiment séparé des chambres.

Un extérieur magnifique mais

Globalement le séjour était vraiment reposant grâce aux infrastructures extérieures notamment la merveilleuse piscine. Le cadre est parfait. Très joli jardin, calme, fleuri... Petit bemol sur l'intérieur qui manque de modernité et le ménage n'est pas très méticuleux. Il manque aussi de modernité dans l'équipement de cuisine (mico onde très très vieux) pas de bouilloire pour se faire un petit thé... Si certains ustensiles manquent à l'appel la propriétaire est très serviable. Un établissement pour l'été mais moins pour le temps gris.

Not what we expected and disappointing!

What should be: WIFi: Not at all, not even 3G mobile network. Wheelchair accessible: NOT at all!!! Very, very disappointing and frustrating. If you can not walk at all, never come here; you cannot enter the house, the shower or the pool. If walking is difficult it makes you sad and frustrated not to see my kids in the pool just because it is too hard to get there. Common pool: only between 10-12 and 16-18 hrs. Rest of the day not welcome! The land is beautifull and the dogs are great but the negative feelings overrule.

Nous avons adoré ce gîte magnifique, très calme, bien situé avec beaucoup d'activités autour. Un atout majeur pour les enfants : la piscine et les adorables chiens, ainsi que l'accueil très chaleureux de Maryvonne. Super séjour dans un beau et grand jardin

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce gîte spacieux dans lequel les chambres restaient fraîches malgré la chaleur. Nous avons bien profité du grand jardin et des différents jeux avec notre enfant: balançoire, trampoline et piscine. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et la propio est toujours prête à nous conseiller sur la région et à nous prêter un objet oublié. La région est culturellement très intéressante et il y fait bon vivre En résumé, des vacances très agréable en famille. À refaire
