We met with 4 friends. Rooms were fine, modern, clean, silent. Location is central, easy too reach from all directions. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a commercial area, so for everything to watch you need to drive. Excellent fitness facilities. Breakfast is fine, beautiful sight to all directions. We did not try lunch or dinner there.
Stayed there again after one year. We did stop staying there at the time because the building and the rooms were not well maintained anymore and became aged quickly. That is why - with great pleasure - we noted this past weekend (May 1st weekend 2017) that an exhaustive refurbishment exercise has taken place. The entire premises appear re-done. We especially enjoyed the Junior Suite we had: new floor tiles, new curtains, new beds (complete with new mattress, sheets and pillows). That is a huge upgrade and thus we are certainly again coming back more often for a spontaneous night out, combined with a few hours in their Gym & Wellness that has also experience some upgrading. All in all: very well done as it was becoming due rather urgently.
We spent the night here on a side trip from Switzerland to Neschwanstein Castle. It's on 75 minutes away. Nice clean and modern accommodations. The restaurants are not open on the weekends so research some of the options nearby.
Rooms are nice spacious and warm. Funny that all seems to have little different arrangements due to shape of building. Real plus make pool and spa that is accessible for hotel guests trouhg back stairs - unfortunately it was not explained well....
I spent 3 nights at this hotel running an event. It has amazing views which can be appreciated by going to the 11th floor and using their Sky Lounge. The 11th floor houses the breakfast/dinner area. A great place to hire out should you want a great party venue. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable and I found it easy to sleep. Something I don't always manage to do when working away. The hotel also boasts a fabulous indoor and outdoor swimming pools with saunas and steam rooms galore. There is also a great patio to sit out on and soak up some of that Austrian mountain sun. Very relaxing and very peaceful. The events and reception staff were fabulous. So helpful. Always makes my job so much easier when you are dealing with people like that. The only thing I would say that could do with improving is the menu for the Sky Lounge on the 11th floor. For people who are there on business, the last thing you want to do in the evening is travel out to a restaurant. You ideally want to stay at the hotel. It makes life easier. The menu could do with expanding. I found it very uninteresting and restricting. And if you're a vegetarian and don't eat fish...then you're going to go hungry. Come on Sheraton, you can do much better here. Hope to go back.
Great jumping off point for trip in Europe. We were 20-40 mins drive from skiing and other great sight seeing opportunities. Rooms are spacious and the views of the mountains are nice. The rooms are too hot. They have heated floors in the huge bathroom and radiant heaters near the window that you can't turn off. Even with the small window open you can't cool the room down enough to get a good nights sleep. Recommend asking before you book in winter if the heat can be turned off. The gym is one of the best I've seen at a hotel. Plenty of space and equipment. Commercial gym quality.
We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel itself is nice. It is located next to shopping center. It is easy to find. We enjoyed the breakfast. Mostly we liked the view and the pool. They have a nice outdoor pool for swimming laps. It is heated year round, making it great for swimmers. The only downside for us was that is was very loud at night, could hear the neighbors too well. It also isn't well situated for families. The pools are only for 16+.
Stopped here for three nights on business, and with no usable German, the staff were accommodating, polite and prompt. Clean rooms, good housekeeping and overall feel of modern hotel, I will be stopping here again when back in the area.
