Wir haben 2 Übernachtungen gebucht um den Arolser Viehmarkt zu besuchen.Der Empfang vom Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.Check-in und Check-out war reibungslos.In der Wohnung ist alles zu finden was gebraucht wird.Gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Platz für alle. Sehr ruhige Lage. Oberes Schlafzimmer über eine etwas steilere Treppe zu erreichen. Für ältere Menschen ist daher das untere Schlafzimmer zu nutzen. Sozusagen die Jugend nach oben. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ein Haus in Volkmarsen

Das wichtigste zuerst: Das Internet läuft einwandfrei. Leider waren genau an dem Wochenende Bauarbeiten direkt vor dem Haus und es wurden neue Kabel gelegt, was dazu führte, dass wir Samstag Morgens um 7 Uhr senkrecht im Bett standen und ab da kein Internet mehr hatten. Das war natürlich ziemlich blöd und hätte eigentlich kommuniziert werden müssen. Ansonsten ist das Haus verwinkelt, die Treppen sind steil, also nix für alte oder stark beleibte Menschen. Die Einrichtung ist wild und schräg mit viel Kitsch. Nichtsdestotrotz für ein verlängertes Wochenende total okay. Die Betten waren auch voll okay und die Dusche auch. Also alles was wichtig ist, geht.

Superschöne Wohnung, nette Vermieter

Frau Tepel hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Es war alles sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie hat sogar Superwetter für uns bestellt.

Geräumige, gut sortierte Unterkunft mit super Gastgebern

Waren mehrere Nächte als Freundesgruppe zu 5. dort und hatten eine super Zeit, sowohl qm Ankunftsabend in der Kneipe, als auch in der geräumigen Wohnung. Der Checkin und -out war unkompliziert und der Kontakt freundlich. Es gibt alles, was man braucht inkl riesiger Kühl-/Tiefkühlkombi und voll eingerichteter Küche.

Kleines Häuschen in bester Lage

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in dieser tollen Umgebung, nette Gastgeber, Restaurants in Laufweite und den Supermarkt um die Ecke. Das Häuschen war gut ausgestattet, wenn auch etwas eigenwillig eingerichtet und von der Preis-Leistung her top.

Kalter Rauchgestank in der ganzen Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich über drei Stockwerke und beinhaltet vieles, was man zum „Überleben“ benötigt. Den Wlan Schlüssel kann man an der Haustür auf einem mini Schild erahnen. Ein Gästebuch mit zusätzlichen Informationen oder ähnliches sucht man vergeblich. Die Wohnung ist sehr lieblos und gestückelt eingerichtet (nichts passt so richtig zusammen). Im Bad stinkt es permanent nach ausgetrocknetem Siphon. Die gesamte Wohnung stinkt leider nach kaltem Kneipenrauch, der bereits nach 3 Tagen komplett auf all unseren Kleidern und Koffern haften blieb. Hiervon wird in der Anzeige nichts erwähnt, was wir als Frechheit empfinden, wir hätten sonst die Wohnung nicht gebucht! Der Fernseher hat einen Sprung, wir haben die Vermieterin darauf hingewiesen, sie hat auf unsere Anfrage, ob sie das wisse überhaupt nicht reagiert. Genauso wenig hat sie reagiert, als wir nach einem Heizlüfter gefragt hatten, da die Wohnung sehr sehr kalt ist. Erst ein Tag vor der Abreise gab es ein Lebenszeichen von der Vermieterin, sie wollte das wir eine Stunde früher die Wohnung verlassen. Auf alles andere gab es keine Reaktionen. Alles in allem sehr unfreundlich, alles stinkt nach kaltem Rauch, nicht wirklich sauber und alles in allem überteuert. Wir persönlich werden diese Wohnung jedenfalls nicht mehr buchen.

Modernisiertes Haus in zentraler Lage

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und mit den Gegebenheiten des Hauses bekannt gemacht. Zentrale Lage in einem hübschen, kleinen Ort. Das Badezimmer hat Fußboden Heizung und ist modern eingerichtet. Die Dusche ist groß. Wir waren zu zweit und hatte dadurch viel Platz in dem Haus. Mit mehr als 4 Personen wird es eng. Zum Obergeschoss führt eine schmale, kleine Treppe. Es gibt überall ausreichend Abstellmöglichkeiten. WLAN und TV funktioniert gut. Zum heizen gibt es elektro Heizungen. Wir hatten am Wochenende Minus Grade, das Haus war sehr kalt und es dauerte etwas, bis wir es in den Wohnbereichen warm hatten. Uns hat der Aufenthalt gefallen und wir würden nochmal wieder kommen.

Haus Volkmarsen

Ein freundlicher Empfang mit kurzer Einweisung in die Räumlichkeiten, war sehr nett. Das Häuschen hat alles, was man braucht, wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie in direkter Nähe. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge, ob zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder per Auto. Landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen.
