Villa Leny is located in the peaceful village of Majmajola, near Vodnjan, in southern Istria. It is a single-story house that provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people, making it an ideal choice for families or smaller groups of friends. The nearest beach is in the tourist village of Peroj, about 11 kilometers from the villa, while shops and restaurants are available within a 3 to 4-kilometer range.The villa consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a TV. Two of the rooms are equipped with double beds and have en-suite bathrooms, while the third bathroom is located in the hallway. The living room and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table create a cozy and functional shared space.The landscaped yard of 640 m² offers a covered outdoor dining area, a gas barbecue, and a private saltwater pool. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of 100 € per week, which is especially useful during the cooler months.
