Excellent location, waterfront of the beautiful Camburi beach. Very friendly staff, nice and clean room. I stayed in a Deluxe double room, it was spacious room with a beautiful view of the beach. Very good buffet breakfast.

Staff isn’t professional. Rooms are too small. Bathrooms are very dirty with mildew everywhere. Bathroom door is disgusting. Over priced for sure. Staff needs to ask management for every question asked. I will never ever come back here. Ahhh, they charge extra for parking too.

Ao lado do hotel tem um forró. Parece que é dentro do quarto. O sofa cama da sala do quarto é extremamente desconfortável. Os aparelhos de ar condicionado além de congelarem e vazararem apresentam as unidades evaporadoras tanto do quarto como da sala posicionadas na varanda do quarto bem junto a porta de vidro fino, o que garante bastante barulho dentro do quarto. No quarto falta uma comoda com gavetas para acomodar as roupas. O serviço de arrumação dos quartos é bem deficiente, com dificuldades na reposição de ítens, limpeza e reorganização do ambiente. Por outro lado o hotel é bem localizado, possui um restaurante com comida muito saboroso e uma equipe simpatica. O estacionamento é muito bom.

O hotel tem preço bom, bem localizao de frente a praia e perto do aeroporto. Quarto limpo e cheiroso, bem organizado e confortável. O café da manhã ótimo. PONTOS NEGATIVO: O motor do elevador faz muito barulho e a noite toda e madrugada você ouve o barulho dele e incomoda muito. O quarto não tem boa acústica e você ouve o vizinho no quarto dele. mas tirando isso o hotel é muito bom.

À única coisa ficou fora foi que eles estavam fazendo manutenção na água do quarto. O sabonete líquido tava com cheiro forte, mas avisei na portaria para trocar . Do restante o hotel lugar bom é o quarto grande .

Quarto limpo. Ar-condicionado muito bom. Banho maravilhoso. Roupas de cama e banho limpas e novas. Café da manhã bem diversificado, delicioso. Atendimento do funcionário Hércules, um destaque a parte. Estacionamento amplo, cobrado a parte (35 reais a diária). Localização excelente. Não usei a academia, piscina, então não posso avaliar.
