A wonderful, comfortable, welcoming house. Beautifully and tastefully decorated and a gorgeous view of the lagoon from the large kitchen windows. Excellent bed, large and plentiful bathrooms, and well equipped kitchen (with every drawer and cabinet labeled as to their contents). The host was very responsive and provided useful information about restaurants and places to visit. My queries to him during our stay were always addressed within minutes. We want to return some day.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great. The backyard and deck are wonderful: We had nearly every meal at the house outside, and the outside shower and hot tub are lovely! We were able to watch fireworks from Oaks Bluff in the back yard one night which was particularly spectacular. The house was the perfect size for two families.

Fantastic house with picture perfect views. James was a phenomenal host; incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The house is even better than the pictures and it’s very well-stocked. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Stunning Sunrise Views

This property was perfect for our sibling get away. The kitchen offers views of the inlet and is stocked with everything you need. The outdoor living space was perfect for relaxing. The bed in the main room downstairs is the most comfortable sleep I’ve had in a rental. The decor is nautical and perfect.

Great place, great location and clean. All the things I look for. It is strange to say, but I really enjoyed doing dishes, the view from sink was amazing. A wonderful place to stay. The host was extremely nice and helpful.

Relaxed and reset

Our Family had a great time enjoying this house and all it had to offer. The rooms were as described and all the furniture was very cozy. The hot tub did not initially turn on but the response from Jim was almost immediate. Considering It was 11 at night, I think that is fantastic and solved the problem. The grill was perfect and outdoor fire pit was toasty. This may be my favorite house we have stayed at!!

Great Property & Location on Martha's Vineyard

This is a great property. Nice location just off the water and close to Vineyard Haven. James the host, communicated with us prior to our arrival and when arrived. It is a beautiful home, with a great kitchen, a hot tub, fire pit and patio. It is a great place to stay on the island.

Amazing views and relaxing stay!!!

Went to bring in my 50th with a few friend girls. It was the best spot. Fully stocked, everything we could possibly need. Trail walk behind the home was awesome.

A MV gem!

Despite some crazy weather, we had a great time exploring Martha's Vineyard. This home was perfect location to get to any part of the island. Loaded with amenities, including the well stocked kitchen. Can accommodate 8 people with no problem. Host was super-responsive and pro-active. Will definitely plan a mid-summer vacation back to this home some year!

Better than described!

We had such a lovely time at this lagoon side home! House was impeccably clean, well appointed, and has beautiful water views! Very close to Vineyard Haven and just off Edgartown Rd. giving us a straight shot to other towns and attractions. Sunrise and the hot tub were particular highlights! Can’t recommend this property enough!

R&R Perfection!

This house was exactly as pictured. We loved the location, beautiful and quiet. The layout was perfect for our family. The house is sun-filled and very well equipped from the kitchen to the beach chairs. Check-in was easy and James was easily reachable (and always positive!) if we had any questions. We wish we could have stayed longer, but will definitely try to book in the future!

Amazing experience

We rented this house for a week and it was absolutely fantastic. The home is clean, very well appointed and had everything we needed.... and then some! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again for sure!
