Holiday Home 'Casa Amarilla Del Mar P3y4' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
The apartment is on the 3rd and 4th floor on the first row next to the old town square and the beach. Fantastic 360 degree view of the Mediterranean, which is the nearest neighbor. Just outside the front door at street level you will find cafes, bars and restaurants. No disturbing noises from the restaurants can be heard on the terrace. At 20 meters from the beach (on the sidewalk). The terrace is 30 m2, and has an outdoor kitchen and awning. The view is great. Here you can prepare and eat meals all year round. 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/wc. Living room with open kitchen. 40 inch TV and internet (fiber).
Air conditioning in both bedrooms.
Villajoyosa is full of life during the day, but all restaurants close at a reasonable hour, so a good night's rest is guaranteed. Above the old town is a bustling Spanish town of 35,000 inhabitants, almost completely devoid of tourism all year round - there is an incredibly pleasant atmosphere there!

The apartment is registered and approved for rental at Turisme Comunitat Valenciana. The certification provides additional security.
