Close to Cagliari and the beautiful beaches of Chia, you can enjoy a carefree vacation by the sea. This studio, located on the 1st floor, consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom, so it can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. The spacious covered balcony with seating furniture is perfect for starting the day with a cup of coffee and enjoying the wonderful views of the pool and mountain scenery. The common outdoor area features a garden, a sun terrace with sun loungers and a large swimming pool, as well as a pool for younger guests. There you can swim and sunbathe extensively. In the small village of Villa San Pietro there is a restaurant just a 6-minute walk away (650 m). All other stores for daily needs, located in Pula, can be reached in 3-5 minutes by car, as well as cafes, two supermarkets and numerous restaurants. The port of Perd'e Sali-Porto Columbu is a 6-minute drive away (3.4 km). The beach of Chia, one of the most beautiful in Italy, is a 20-minute drive from the property, and the archaeological site of Nora can be visited in 11 minutes by car (6 km).
