Keinesfalls buchen - Schreckliche Bedingungen
Die Vermieter sind aggressive, unverschämte und aufdringliche Personen, mit denen man nichts zu tun haben möchte.
Wir (dreiköpfige Familie) wurden unmittelbar nach der Ankunft grundlos mehrfach verbal und physisch belästigt. Ebenso erging es a Tag zuvor einer italienischen Familie, die das Nachbarzimmer bewohnte und uns davon berichtete.
Der Vermieter versuchte sich in Folge mehrfach ungebetene Zugang zu unserem Zimmer zu verschaffen, schrie uns an und konnte in seinen Wutattacken nur durch die italienischen Nachbarn zurückgehalten werden.
Es stimmt weder das WLAN verfügbar ist, noch dass Englisch gesprochen wird.
In dem sehr in die Jahre gekommenen Haus ist das Erdgeschoß dauerhaft vermietet. Fünf große Hunde der Mieter halten sich freilaufend im Garten auf. Allein der Zugang zu dem Grundstück war abenteuerlich.
Parkplätze werden von den Mietern des Erdgeschosses belegt. Ein- und Ausparken ist daher nicht möglich (siehe Bild). Diese Unterkunft sollte man unbedingt meiden und keinesfalls buchen.
Eine Einweisung und Schlüsselübergabe fand nicht statt. Der freundliche Nachbar erklärte uns, wie Tore und Türen zu öffnen sind und welche Schlüssel wozu verwendet werden müssen. Die Vermieter hielten das wohl nicht für erforderlich. Sie verschwanden. nachdem wir im voraus die Gebühren für Parken, Reinigung, Local Tax in bar bezahlt hatten.
Wir sind nach einer Nacht völlig entnervt abgereist.
Wer italienische Gastfreundschaft sucht ist hier fehl am Platz!!!
