Nuestro apartamento ha sido recientemente renovado y está ubicado en el corazón de Viena, a pocos pasos de Urania, el centro histórico de la ciudad y el tren City Airport (CAT).

S t. Catedral de Esteban - 15 minutos a pie (1,2 Km): St. La Catedral de Stephan (en alemán: Stephansdom) es la iglesia madre de la Arquidiócesis de Viena y la sede del arzobispo de Viena, Christoph Cardinal Schönborn, OP. Su actual forma románica y gótica vista hoy, situada en el corazón de Viena, Austria, en la Stephansplatz, fue iniciada en gran parte por Rudolf IV y se levanta sobre las ruinas de dos iglesias anteriores, siendo la primera una iglesia parroquial consagrada en 1147. The accomodation was in a great location for public transport, quite neighbourhood and felt safe as a solo female traveler. Communication was great and very clear on accessing the unit for check in and out. Close by was a supermarket and food outlets. Will happily stay here again on my next visit.

Spacious and comfortable

This is a spacious and comfortable apartment located 12 minutes walk from Berlin Mitte train station and an easy walk into Vienna. It is quiet but conveniently on.a street with a good supermarket and bakery, The host was responsive and helpful and it was a pleasure to stay here.

Great place in Vienna!

My husband and I stayed here for a week while I attended a conference in Vienna. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Quiet, well located with a tram stop right outside, a wonderful cafe and restaurant just steps away. Mani was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. We will certainly stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Nice location but….

Nice location, the description was inaccurate, there was no dryer. Cobwebs all over the ceiling, very hot and uncomfortable for sleeping in the heat, and host did not communicate well.

The apartment was in a great location. Close to a supermarket, and 2 cafes. Also within walking distance of the historic centre. The bed in the apartment was comfortable, but could use new pillows. We had to put clothing under them so they would be remotely comfortable. Other than that a nice stay

Convenient position

We had a wonderful stay here. It is right on the tram line for 2 trams but at the back of the building so it is quiet. Our host met us at check in and gave all the information we needed. There was a map waiting for us. There is a cafe a few steps away with good food on offer and friendly service. Opposite is a bakery and just along the street is a pub which serves excellent meals. There were a number of supermarkets within a short walk. We would stay here again.

Perfect place for one in Vienna

The apartment was very comfortable and well furnished. very safe and secure. Less than 2 minute walk to the closest tram stop with connections to the key underground stops throughout Vienna. The property owner could not have been more accommodating. When I had a problem, only once, with the electronic entry system, he was immediately available to troubleshoot the issue with me and get it corrected. Super time there.

This is in a great location as it is easily walkable to Old Town. There is also a tram that runs around the corner that goes straight to the train station. There is a supermarket at that same corner (but be aware that it closes at 6 p.m. on Saturday not to re-open until Monday morning). Also, several good restaurants right there and a bakery across the street. So, the location is ideal. It is very clean and roomy too. There is a washer, but no dryer. It really is a great place to stay.

Lovely Stay

Mani was super helpful and accommodating! Our flight was delayed by 3 hours in addition to the time it took to taxi from the airport and he met us at nearly 1am to explain everything about the apartment. We appreciate his hospitality and kindness! The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Washer for clothes worked perfectly along with the shower. The bed was comfy and everything was very clean. Metro was super close and easy to take into the city true to his listing! Overall a really nice experience, thanks Mani!!

The location is practically perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked and a grocery store is right next door. Within about five minutes of walking, you're at the city center. If you prefer not to walk, you're in luck because the tram stops right outside the apartment. It's extremely quiet, yet close to all the action. The best of all is the communication though. The host video-called me and we did a walk through of the entire apartment, along with all the rules. The line of communication was always open as well. And lastly I will mention that the wifi was amazing, which I have not commonly found throughout other parts of Europe.

Excellent Vienna Apartment

Immaculate apartment. Clean, well supplied and central to all Vienna sites. Mani, the owner, went out of his way to get us settled in. The listing is correct. The streetcar stop is across the street and rund directly to Hofburg, the Opera and all central Vienna locations. Apartment is in easy walking distance to the Prater and Stadtpark. It should be noted there is no air conditioning, but with strong construction, the apartment remained cool enough to sleep well. The bed is very comfortable, there is a good wi-fi signal and good TV service as well. Overall, a strong bargain and highly recommended.

Wonderful small apartment in Vienna

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying in this modest apartment. It had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bed and couch area. One of the most important items for us on this trip was the fact it also had a washing machine. There is no dryer, which we knew that ahead of time, but it had plenty of space to hang dry. Getting around town is very easy from this location as the trolly stops literally right out side the front door to the apartment. We did have some electrical issue with the overhead light in the main room and it would have been nice to have a few more bath and kitchen towels. For the price we would recommend staying here and will again if we travel to Vienna.

Vienna convenience

The apartment was clean and the living bedroom area was spacious. The kitchen was adequately equipped to cook simple meals. A separate toilet was appreciated, but a lack of hand towels in both toilet and bathroom was inconvenient. The location was a distance from the old town, but with three tram routes at our door it made getting into the main sites a breeze. There was a Spar supermarket and bar/restaurant located in the square at the corner of the street….how convenient. Mani met us at the apartment and gave us all the information on the apartment, public transport and eating options and this was appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our time in the apartment.

Vienna Efficiency Apartment

Comfortable place for 1-2 people. Good location. Bring washcloths if you use them as none are provided. You can hear the neighbors talking and closing doors. Not excessively loud, just know that sound carries in this building. Very secure. No coffee or tea provided and the coffee shop across the street did not open for some reason though the hours posted were for it to be open. Mani is very pleasant, gives specific directions on using stove burners and not marking up the freshly painted walls. There needs to be a large oscillating floor fan to help circulate air and provide "white noise" to aid in sleep.

Great Apartment in Convenient Location

This apartment was perfect for our 5 night stay in Vienna. In a great neighborhood a couple of blocks from the Donaukanal, which has great walking trails along it. We loved the apartment was close to many of the famous sites but a bit away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists. Tram Service across the street or around the corner can take you to most anywhere you want to go in city center. Tram from train station drops you off across the street. U-Bahn and S-Bahn stops a short walk (or take tram to them). There is a grocery store, bakery and a few restaurants right outside the apartment . The apartment was clean, comfortable and easy to access. Communication with manager/owner Mani was excellent. Make sure you check out the Hundertwasser apartment village just down the street from the apartment. A unique structure in Vienna and very unlike the rest of the architecture. Would definitely stay here if we visit Vienna again.

There were no night curtains and I felt exposed

There were no night curtains and I felt exposed because the unit was on the 2nd floor and looked into a courtyard. Communication was unclear about the payment type, Mani insisted he emailed us that it was cash upon arrival but he didn't and was insisting to get cash. The place was ok, but we didn't get kitchen towels or smaller towels for the shower. I asked for an extra blanchet for the night, he turned the heat up one night. I asked for a receipt and never got one. The location was convenient.

Nice comfortable apartment in a good location within 20 min walk of center, well served by trams. The host is very responsive and allowed us to check in early to drop off bags before cleaning was complete. We did find a hair in shower after cleaning. The room is good size but has only blinds that let light through and offer no privacy. Also the blinds can only be lowered by a tall person. The water heater cycles on and off occasionally which can be an issue. Shoes must be removed in atrium area, a bench would be nice to sit down while putting on and removing shoes. One mattress was upside down causing pain to my foot when hitting the zipper at bottom of mattress. But overall, great location, comfortable for a few nights if one does not mind see-through blinds that let light through and offer no privacy, and responsive host. The room could use a little more wall decoration too, very sterile!

100% recomendable

Nos ha encantado este fin de semana en Viena. El apartamento es una monada, limpieza excelente, tiene todo necesario (cafetera, tele, secador de pelo, maquina de tes, tostadora, lavadora de ropa, etc). Esta super bien situado, a unos 10-15 de la catedral (centro del centro). Tiene una parada de tranvia justo en la entrada de la casa lo cual hace su localización aun más optima. El propietario super bien también. Se puso en contacto con nosotros para las llaves y cuando nos enseñó el apartamento lo hizo super bien y super efectivo para que pudieramos ir a hacer turismo y aprovechar el tiempo. Super amable y servicial. Repetiremos 100%.
