The bathroom is a disaster- shower size is that of a state room on a cruise ship. Very dated. This hotel should only get a high rating bc of the area and the staff are nice. Needs major update!

Initial room was a closet. With no space for luggage, no night tables one light for the whole room set on a side wall. Miniscule bathroom. After complaint and shouting contest with rude front desk staff they changed room for secon night.

There was no AC. We were advised portable AC was supposed to be in room, it wasn't. We got a portable fan instead and were advised next day forecast is much cooler and we won't need AC. That's is not an acceptable response to situation at hand. Also no hot water and why corridor light not kept on but requires mannual on/off is weird. Corridor leading to elevator us dark and feels unsafe. You have to cross length of corridor to reach light switch which is next to elevater. We appreciate energy conservation but that's going too far.

Worst experience to sleep in lobby

The worst experience which somebody could have!! Because of delay of our flight, we arrived close to midnight and the door of hotel was closed!!! There were the guests of other 3-4 rooms as well as us there!! It was an announcement paper with one phone number which declare tonight nobody is in reception and call this number, but nobody picked up the phone!! 8-10 people were in the street and by chance a guest was going out and we could enter yo lobby and nobody was there!!!! Everybody slept in a corner of lobby till almost 7 am which 2 young girls came and without excusing or explaining anything , just told us , you can go to other hotel We asked to meet manager or to talk to somebody and it seems manager was in vacation! Lobby was so dirty and everywhere you can find insects or other things. We sent a claim to hotels.com and they re-act very professionally, but nobody from hotel even gave them any answer. This is an unbelievable experience which I faced in the last 25 years with one hotel and nobody believes it.
