This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
From the very beginning, everything was unnecessarily difficult. Leaving our luggage and even entering our room turned into a struggle. The self check-in system is extremely poor and simply does not work properly. Because there is no staff on site, we had to call the hotel for almost every single issue.
Our room key did not work, and every time we wanted to enter the room, we had to call the hotel by phone. We asked for a new key card, but were told that no new cards were available, which is unacceptable for a hotel.
Although the hotel price was clearly stated as fully paid (including taxes and fees), during self check-in we were charged again under the name of a “tourist fee.” On top of that, despite the website clearly stating that luggage can be left before check-in, we were asked to pay an additional fee just to store our luggage.
Even reaching the phone number provided solely for luggage storage took an unreasonable amount of effort.
Overall, the entire experience was exhausting, frustrating, and far from hospitable. We would absolutely never choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
