good cheap stay

shops nearby and 100yards to tube station. Check in was really slow though due to advisor trying to sort out other guests problems,do feel they could have let others check in first as it was quick once i got to the front of the queue

One of the two curtains was missing, so light came in through the uncovered part every morning, making it hard to sleep. On top of that, one of the lights in the room didn’t work. Spend a little more and go somewhere else

Definitely a budget hotel. Room was super basic. Side street was quiet but main street in front of hotel is busy, many ambulances, and dirty. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

A Lukewarm Pleasure :)

Room was extremely spacious but bed was tiny enough just for 1 person. Pretty clean room, hot water was intermittent but other than that still a comfortable and relatively safe stay.

Mediocre Hotel

I had to go back to reception twice after check in because my room key did not work, I was staying 3 nights and each day I had to go back to reception because the room key didn’t work. My room was on the 4th floor with the elevator only going to the 3rd floor so slightly inconvenient. The room was clean but not well maintained, screws in the wall, chipped paint and the corner of the shower where the doors meet was orange with water stain and limescale. Some loud maintenance works inside the hotel until 19:30 one evening, plus painting of stairwell etc, not a huge bother but no communication from reception or apology for the inconvenience.
